% 16.09.2025 CM APPL. 58512/2025 [Correction of Judgment dated 29.07.2025] 1.
This is an Application filed on behalf of the Appellant seeking correction of the typographical errors in the judgment dated 29.07.2025 [hereinafter referred to as the Impugned Judgment"]. 2.
It is the case of the Appellant that the figures in paragraph 24 of the Impugned Judgment would require to be corrected. In addition, it is contended that the Impugned Judgment does not reflect as to whom the costs, that were directed to be paid in paragraph 22, are to be paid to. 3.
Accordingly, it is clarified that the costs in the sum of Rs.30,000/- that were directed to be paid in paragraph 22 of the Impugned Judgment, would be paid by the Appellant to the Respondents/Claimants. 4.
So far as concerns the amounts of Rs.20,00,000/- and Rs.13,00,000/-, which are set out in paragraph 24 of the Impugned Judgment, it is clarified that all amounts that were deposited before this Court as well as the payment, which has been made by the Appellant in the proceedings before The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. the learned Tribunal, shall abide by the orders of the learned Tribunal in the proceedings of remand.
