% 11.09.2019 Learned counsel for the petitioner states that the bail application of the petitioner has been decided by the learned Trial Court on 03.08.2019. He further states that however there is another prayer in the petition i.e. to direct the learned Trial Court to dispose of the case expeditiously. Learned counsel for the respondent states that chargesheet has been filed on 25.05.2018 only and 79 witnesses are to be examined by learned Trial Court and therefore Trial will take some time. Heard. All the courts are expected to dispose of the matter as expeditiously as possible. No directions are, therefore, required to be passed at this stage.
The petition is disposed of accordingly.
