By virtue of the present petition under Sections 438/442 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, the petitioner seeks to challenge the order dated 11.03.2026 passed by learned Principal Judge, Family Courts, District North-East, Karkardooma Courts, Delhi in Mt. No. 371/2022 titled 'Smt. Rekha Giri vs. Abhishek Goswami'. 2.

However, after some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the present petition with liberty to seek appropriate remedies in accordance with law.

The present petition, alongwith the pending applications, is dismissed as withdraw with liberty as prayed for.
