A Status Report has been filed on behalf of the respondent no.7 which inter-alia states that a Show Cause Notice dated 07.07.2020 has been issued to the respondent nos.5 and 6 for misuse of the property being 3rd and 4th Floor (Rear side) of property bearing No.2/13-A, Jangpura-A, New Delhi110014. 3.

The learned counsel for the respondent nos.5 and 6 submits that though certain machineries have been kept in the said premises, the same are lying unused. The respondent nos.5 and 6 further undertake not use the said machineries in the abovementioned premises or misuse the said premises in any manner.

Binding the respondent nos.5 and 6 to their undertaking, the present petition is disposed of. The disposal of this petition, however, shall not prejudice the proceedings pursuant to the Show Cause Notice issued by the respondent no.7.
