Learned counsel for the parties submitted that the matter stands settled between the parties before the Delhi Mediation Centre, Karkardooma Courts, Delhi on 19.07.2019 for the total amount of Rs.9,75,000/- to be paid to the respondent No.1, 5 and 6 by the petitioner.

Learned counsel for the parties further submitted that a sum of Rs.5,10,000/- earlier deposited in the form of the FDR with the Registrar-General of this Court by the petitioners may be released in favour of respondent No.1.

Learned counsel for the respondents submitted that a direction may be passed for the release of the said sum of Rs.5,10,000/- in favour of respondent No.1. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that in view of the settlement between the parties, he has no objection to the release of the
said sum of Rs.5,10,000/- in favour of respondent No.1. Accordingly, the Registrar-General is directed to release the said sum of Rs.5,10,000/- in favour of respondent No.1 as per rules, on filing of an indemnity bond, on moving an appropriate application in this regard by the respondents. 4.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that in terms of settlement dated 19.7.2019, the petitioner has handed over a demand draft bearing No.998695, drawn on State Bank of India towards the balance amount of Rs.4,65,000/- to respondent No.1. Learned counsel for the respondents admitted to have received the aforesaid demand draft for the balance amount of Rs.4,65,000/-.

Learned counsel for the petitioner further submitted that in view of the aforesaid settlement and aforesaid facts, petitioner may be allowed to withdraw the petition. 6.
Accordingly, the petition is dismissed as withdrawn alongwith the pending application, as prayed. CHANDER SHEKHAR, J SEPTEMBER 27, 2019/rr
