CORAM:
HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE A. K. CHAWLA

% 10.08.2020 (Video Conference Hearing) The applicant is in JC since 05.04.2015 and his case falls within the parameters of the guidelines dated 18.05.2020 laid down by the High Powered Committee of the High Court. It is not disputed to by Mr. Mukesh Kumar, ld. APP. It is also fairly conceded by Mr. Mukesh Kumar that two of the co-accused have been granted indulgence on the similar grounds. The only ground for opposing the relief of interim bail prayed for by the applicant is that as per the Nominal Roll of the applicant, he had misbehaved with prison staff on 09.04.2015 and imposed punishment of stoppage of his meeting with his family members for 15 days, but, for such temperamental behaviour, no other unsatisfactory conduct of the applicant comes to be pointed out.
Taking into account the totality of facts and circumstances and the
principles of parity, the applicant is admitted to interim bail for a period of 45 days from the date of his release on his executing a personal bond in the sum of Rs.50,000/- to the satisfaction of the concerned Jail Superintendent. Application stands disposed of accordingly.
