% 22.04.2019 Vide the present petition, the petitioner seeks direction thereby directing the respondents to release the salary of the petitioner for the period from 07.12.2016 to 31.12.2016 and also the amount available in the Provident Fund Account of the petitioner and further to return the amount that was deducted from the salary of the petitioner in the name of ESI contribution.

I hereby dispose of the present petition by giving liberty to the petitioner to make representation to the concerned respondent who shall dispose of the representation within two weeks from receipt of the same. The petition is, accordingly, disposed of.
