The present petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India read with Section 528 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, ('BNSS'), seeking investigation by the CBI in regard to an alleged digital fraud and unauthorised transactions being carried out by certain accused persons including companies.

The petitioner claims to be a Non-Government Organization ('NGO'). It is submitted that FIR No.277/2024 dated 12.04.2024 has been registered by the Haryana Police in regard to the financial scam as alleged in the present petition on a complaint given by the complainant who also claims to be the The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. President of the petitioner organization for offences under Sections 420/120B of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 and Section 3 of the Haryana Protection of Interest of Depositors in Financial Establishment Act, 2013.

The petitioner claims that the investigation has not been conducted in a proper manner. Undisputedly, the FIR No. 277/2024 has already been registered by the Haryana Police at police station Gurugram Sadar at the instance of the complainant who has also filed the present petition.

The petitioner is aggrieved that the investigation has not been carried out in a proper manner by the concerned police authorities at Haryana. He is at liberty to file appropriate application before the concerned Courts.

This Court does not consider it apposite to pass any directions in regard to the allegations which are subject matter of FIR registered by Police authorities in Haryana. 8.

The petition stands disposed of with the aforesaid observations.
