1. The hearing was conducted through video conferencing. CM APPL. 14406/2020 (Exemption from Court Fee)

2. Exemption allowed, subject to the condition that the Petitioner will file the duly sworn/attested affidavit and the requisite Court fee within 72 hours from the date of resumption of the regular functioning of this Court.

3. The application stands disposed-off.

4. The petitioner is aggrieved by the non-grant of electricity connection to her premises for which an application was made in February 2019.

5. The learned counsel for respondent no. 1/BSES submits that the matter can be looked into afresh.

6. In view of the above, this writ petition shall be treated as the

petitioner‟s representation by respondent no. 1/BSES and its decision shall be communicated to the petitioner within two weeks from today.

7. Should electricity connection be sanctioned and the petitioner be required to make any additional payments for the electricity meter and other incidental costs/charges, the same shall be paid to BSES.

8. The writ petition is disposed-off in terms of the above.
