Mr. Junaid Mansoori, Ld. Counsel for the petitioner submits that charges have since been framed by the Trial Court and the matter is now listed for the prosecution evidence before the Trial Court. He seeks permission to withdraw the bail application seeking liberty to file the application afresh after recording the statement of the material witnesses. He further states direction be issued to the Ld. Trial Court to record statement of witnesses expeditiously.

The statement made by the Ld. Counsel is taken on record and bail application bearing no. 1391/2025 is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.
