Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner continues to suffer from Pulmonary Tuberculosis (Lungs) with a history of Haemoptysis and is being treated with Anti Tubercular Drugs with Anti Haemoptysis Drugs. It has been reported that the petitioner has also been given injections to stop bleeding from mouth and is stated to be suffering from T.B. Lungs and Haemoptysis.

Learned APP for the State, on instructions, submits that the medical documents have been verified.

In view of the above, the petitioner's bail is extended by another period of 45 days on the same terms and conditions. BAIL APPLN.1587/2020
