The petitioner has filed the present petition seeking extension of parole, which was granted pursuant to an order dated 20.07.2020. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner points out that in terms of the order dated 24.08.2020 passed by the Full Bench of this Court in W.P.(C) 3037/2020 captioned 'Court on its Own Motion v. State & Ors.', the Court had directed that all interim orders including orders granting interim paroles shall stand extended till 31.10.2020.
