Petitioners seek quashing of FIR No.2722/2015 of PS Shakarpur for offence under Section 452/323/506/342/427/34 IPC on the ground that respondent no.2 has settled the disputes with the petitioners. 2.

At the outset, learned APP discloses that there are four persons injured in the incident, but the settlement has been with only one of them. 3.

On this, learned counsel for petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this petition with liberty to file afresh in case the dispute with remaining injured persons gets settled.
