The present writ petition has been filed seeking demolition/sealing of the illegal and unauthorized construction being done by way of encroachment upon government land in property bearing no. J-3/92, J.J. Colony, Wazirpur, Delhi-110052.

Today, learned counsel for the respondents-Municipal Corporation of Delhi ("MCD") submits that the area in question has more than 4000 plots, where more than 10,000 families are residing. 3.
