Petitioners seek quashing of FIR No. 143/2026 of PS Fatehpur Beri for offence under Section 115(2)/126(2)/110/3(5) BNS on the ground that injured (respondent no.2) has settled the disputes with the petitioners. 2.

Broadly speaking, it is a case of road rage in which the petitioners did not join investigation despite rejection of their application for anticipatory bail.

After addressing partly, learned counsel for petitioners, on instructions of his clients present in courtroom, seeks permission to withdraw this petition.
