The present application under Section 482 of the BNSS seeks anticipatory bail in case FIR No.

40/2025 under Sections 194(2)/303(2)/309(4)/3(5) of the BNS, registered at PS Mayapuri. 3.

Learned APP appearing on behalf of the State has raised some preliminary objections that the present application has been signed by the Parokar and not the applicant who is apprehending the arrest. Reliance has been placed on a judgment of a Coordinate Bench of this Court in BAIL APPLN. 1188/2012 titled as "Gopal Goyal v. State of NCT of Delhi" decided on 17.08.2012 (2012:DHC:5005).
