O R D E R

% 23.04.2019 The present petition has been filed by the petitioner with the following prayers:

"In the premises aforesaid, it is most humbly and respectfully prayed that this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to issue:- a) A writ of certiorari calling for the records of the case for perusal;

b) A writ of certiorari quashing the inaction / action on part of the respondents in not allowing the request of the petitioner for charge of use of Kiosk at site no.5 (opposite Canara Bank, across the Road, at Asaf Ali Road, New Delhi-110002), being illegal, arbitrary, discriminatory, unjust, unwarranted and in violation of

the principles of equity, justice and good conscience; c) A writ of mandamus directing the respondents to forthwith allow the request of the petitioner for change of use of kiosk at site no.5 (opposite Canara Bank, across the Road, at Asaf Ali Road, New Delhi-110002), allotted to him for the purpose of doing the work of stamp vendor, made vide representation dated 26.11.2018 (Annexure P5); d) Any other writ, order or direction which may be deemed fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case and in the interest of justice."

The only submission is made by Mr. R.K. Saini, learned counsel for the petitioner at present is that the representation of the petitioner dated November 26, 2018 has not been considered. If that be so, in light of the submission made, I dispose of the writ petition with the direction to the respondents to consider the writ petition as well as representation dated November 26, 2018 Annexure-P-5 (at page 29 of the writ petition) and dispose them by a reasoned and speaking order within a period of six weeks from today.

The writ petition is disposed of.
