After some arguments, the bail application is withdrawn by the learned counsel for petitioner saying the learned Trial Court out of total 59 PWs has examined only 37 witnesses till date and case is pending since the year 2013; and learned Trial Court be directed to expedite the trial.

In the circumstances, the bail application is dismissed as withdrawn. The learned Trial Court to expedite the trial, once the normal functioning of the Courts begin and to endeavour to conclude the trial within a period of one year thereafter. 4.
