The present petition has been filed under Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 on behalf of the petitioners seeking quashing of proceedings in Complaint Case No. 611572/2016 titled "IFCI Factors Limited vs. Archon Engicon Ltd. & Ors.", which is pending adjudication before the learned Metropolitan Magistrate (NI Act-03), South East District, Saket Courts, Delhi (Trial Court).
