Initiate contempt proceedings against the Respondents under Section 10&12 of Contempt of Court Act, I97I for disobeying the Order dated 17.12.2025 in RC.REV. 329/2025 passed by this Hon'ble Court, and b. Try, prosecute, punish and sentence to the Respondent as per the letter & split of the aforesaid provision c. Direct the Respondent to comply the said order dated 17.12.2025 with its letter and sprit;

d. Any other relief which this Hon'ble Court deem fit and proper under the facts and circumstances of the case in favour of the Applicant/JD. And against Decree holder/Respondent"
