This matter has been placed before this Court pursuant to a communication dated 27.02.2024 sent by Principal District and Sessions Judge, North East District, Karkardooma Courts, Delhi. Case ID No. 462801/2015 titled 'State v. Raees Ahmad' in case FIR No. 30/2010 registered under Sections 498A/406/34 IPC at PS: Jafrabad was filed in North East District, Karkardooma Courts, Delhi. On 24.02.2024, Ms. Renu Chaudhary, learned MM (Mahila Court-01), NE, KKD Courts, Delhi directed the case to be placed before the Principal District and Sessions Judge, North East District, Karkardooma Courts, Delhi on 24.02.2024 at 02:00 PM for appropriate directions on the ground that the case pertains to PS: Jafrabad, District Shahdara and the said Court does not have the jurisdiction over the said Police Station and the concerned District. Premised on this order, the learned Principal District and Sessions Judge directed the file to be sent to this Court for appropriate orders, as the matter involves inter-District transfer.

As the case pertains to PS: Jafrabad, District Shahdara and the Court, where the case is presently pending, does not have the jurisdiction to proceed in the matter, Case ID No. 462801/2015 titled 'State v. Raees Ahmad' is transferred to the Court of concerned Magistrate at District Shahdara, Karkardooma Courts and will be listed before the learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, Shahdara District, Karkardooma Courts, Delhi on 29.04.2024, with advance intimation to the concerned parties, for appropriate orders.
