Ld. Counsels for the Parties have placed before the Court an order dated 15th May, 2026 passed by the Supreme Court in SLP(Civil) Diary No. 26022/2026 titled Babit Rana v. Diesel Shed Coop Group Housing Society Ltd. & Ors. wherein the order dated 27th March, 2026 passed by this Court has been stayed in following terms:

Permission to file Special Leave Petition is granted. Issue notice to the respondents.

Interim stay of the impugned judgment of the High Court.

The pendency of this Special Leave Petition before this Court will not come in the way of the High Court disposing of the Writ Petition filed by the first respondent-Society."

On behalf of the Petitioner- Society, an application CM APPL. 13171/2026 was moved seeking permission to withdraw the present petition. 4.

Considering the said application, since there is no opposition to the withdrawal of the present petition by the other parties as well, the petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
