This is an Application filed on behalf of the Petitioner seeking withdrawal of the present Petition in terms of the settlement dated 10.04.2024.

Learned Counsel for the parties submit that the parties have settled their dispute before Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre and the Settlement Agreement dated 10.04.2024 has been executed between the parties.

Learned Counsel for the Respondent submits that he has received the payment in terms of the settlement Agreement. 4.

Learned Counsel for the Petitioner submits that nothing further survives in the matter and he may be permitted to withdraw the present Petition.
