The present petition under Section 25(B)(8) of the Delhi Rent Control Act, 1958 seeks the following prayers:

"It is, therefore, most respectfully prayed to this Hon'ble Court that in view of the above mentioned facts and circumstances of the case, the petition of the petitioner may kindly be allowed thereby setting aside the Order dated 23/12/2025 passed by the Learned Rent controller Delhi in case titled as "Anju Juneja vs. R.K. Agarwal & sons" , bearing no. RC/ARC No. 147/2024 thereby allowing the leave to defend application of the petitioner thereby setting aside the eviction order of the suit property bearing No. 28/4, Gali No. 2, Ground Floor, Vishwas Nagar, Shahdara, Delhi110032 in the interest of justice.

Any other order (s) / direction (s) may also be passed in favour of the petitioner / applicant and against the respondents which this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case and in the interest of justice." 3.
