There is no appearance on behalf of the petitioners when the matter is taken up for hearing. By order dated 09.04.2024, learned counsel for the petitioners was granted time "to make more specific and precise prayers in the present writ petition".

CM APPL. 30355/2024 was thereafter filed, but was permitted to be withdrawn by order dated 20.05.2024, again with liberty to file a more detailed and specific application for amendment of the original writ petition. No such application was, however, filed. 3.

On 04.04.2025 also, the petitioners were unrepresented. It was made clear that if the petitioners do not take steps in terms of the earlier orders of the Court, it may be presumed that they are not interested in prosecuting this petition further.

learned counsel for the petitioners. However, she was informed that the learned counsel, who had appeared for the petitioners, was no longer engaged in this petition. The petitioners have not made any alternative arrangements for their representation.

In terms of the order dated 04.04.2025, it appears that the petitioners do not wish to prosecute this writ petition any further. 6.

The writ petition, alongwith the pending application, is dismissed for non-prosecution.
