Chandhiok, learned Senior Counsel appearing for the petitioner, after canvassing some arguments, seeks leave to withdraw this writ petition with liberty to file an application in W.P.(C) No.3710/2020 for joining as a party, as the issues raised in the said writ petition are similar to W.P.(C) No.4055/2020

the issues raised in this petition.

Looking to the fact that a writ petition being W.P.(C) No.3710/2020 involving the same issues as raised in the present petition, is already pending before this Court wherein a detailed order dated 7th July, 2020 has been passed, this writ petition is disposed of as withdrawn with the liberty as prayed for.
