Mr. Anurag Ahluwalia, learned CGSC, states that a Look Out Circular (LOC) has been opened against the Petitioner at the behest of the National Director, National Central Bureau (INTERPOL), New Delhi and therefore, on the basis of this LOC, the Petitioner was detained at the airport. 2.

It is open for the Petitioner to approach the CBI or take appropriate steps in accordance with law for getting the LOC quashed which has been opened at the instance of National Central Bureau (INTERPOL) for which the CBI is the nodal authority.

In view of the above, the writ petition is disposed of, along with pending application(s), if any.
