The present petition has been filed seeking following relief: "(a) direct the Respondent to decide the pending request of Dr. B.R. Ambedkar Open University for granting approval for establishments of petitioner study centers to start proposed B.Ed. (Special Education) course in (Hearing Impairment "HI") & (Intellectual Disability "ID") courses from the present academic session 2024-25."

Mr. Sanjay Sharawat, the learned Senior Counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the request of the petitioner for granting approval for establishment of petitioner's study center of B.Ed. (Special Education) in Hearing Impairment & Intellectual Disability courses is pending with the respondent/RCI.

He submits that the request was made by the petitioner to Dr. B.R. Ambedkar Open University and the university has forwarded the same to the The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. The learned counsel for the respondent/RCI submits that Dr. B.R. Ambedkar Open University has requested to the respondent for granting approval to various applicants/centers and such request is under consideration.

He submits that the decision will be taken by the respondent/RCI within a period of six weeks from today. The statement is taken on record and the respondent/RCI shall remain bound by the same. 6.
In view of the above, no further orders are called for. 7.
The petition is disposed of in the above terms. Consequently, the pending application also stands disposed of.
