Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that present petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent nos. 1 and 8 not to encash the bank guarantee furnished by the petitioner. 2.

He submits that the bank guarantee has already been encashed by respondent no.1 on 04.04.2025, therefore, the present petition has become infructuous and accordingly, he seeks to withdraw the present petition with liberty to avail remedies in accordance with law. 3.

The present petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.
