Mr. Agarwal, learned counsel appearing for the respondents, apprises us that the discrepancy in the record which had crept in on the account of the seller having wrongly mentioned the Tax Deduction and Collection Account Number ["TAN"] instead of the Permanent Account Number ["PAN"] has been resolved.

In view of the aforesaid, we close the instant writ petition. 3.

Learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioner has however, referred to certain applications which have been made by the original vendor and are pending consideration.
