This petition has been filed seeking review of the Order/Judgment dated 08.04.2025 passed by this Court dismissing the above captioned appeal as being not maintainable. 3.

The appellant, in form of this review petition is, in fact, wanting a re-hearing of the appeal, which cannot be permitted. 4.

Accordingly, we find no merit in the present petition and thus, the same stands dismissed.
