The present application is filed seeking interim bail in FIR No. 44/2019 dated 12.02.2019, registered at Police Station Kashmeri Gate, for offence under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860.

The applicant seeks interim bail on the ground that his younger son is to get married on 23.04.2025. It is stated that the reception is scheduled for 26.04.2025.

The factum of marriage of the applicant's son is verified by the State.

Court, by order dated 17.01.2023, had granted custody bail to the applicant for two dates.

In view of the above, the applicant is granted custody bail for two days, that is, on 23.04.2025 and 26.04.2025. The applicant shall be accompanied by adequate police personnel in plain clothes from 01:00 PM till 09:00 PM on the said dates. The cost and expenses shall be borne by the State. 6.

The application is disposed of in the aforesaid terms. 7.

A copy of the order be communicated to the concerned Jail Superintendent for necessary compliance.
