The present petition seeks that the respondent no.1 be directed to deseal the shop no.22/7 situated at the Ground Floor of Property/Plot No.23, House No.335, near Power House, Main Road Zakir Nagar, Jamia Nagar, New Delhi-110025.

Learned counsel for the MCD, who appears on advance notice, submits that the property in question was sealed as far back as in 2015. 3.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the copy of the sealing order has not been provided to him. refuted by the learned counsel for the MCD, he nonetheless submits that another copy of the sealing order shall be supplied to the learned counsel for the petitioner within a period of three days from today. 4.
After some hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner confines himself to seeking that the representation submitted by the petitioner on 05.03.2024 to the concerned Deputy Commissioner, Central Zone, MCD for de-sealing of the shop in question be duly considered by the respondent no.1/MCD after affording an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner. It is directed accordingly. Let the respondent/MCD consider the said representation dated 05.03.2024 of the petitioner and pass a speaking order thereon after affording an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner. 5.
No further relief is sought by the petitioner in the present petition and the same is accordingly disposed of.
