% 16.10.2019 The learned counsel for the appellant submits the matter has been amicably settled between the parties vide settlement agreement dated 03.06.2019 and that in lieu thereof the appellant had paid an amount of Rs.14,50,000/- to the respondent in the manner stated in the said agreement.

Let the copy of the settlement agreement dated 03.06.2019 be filed within a week from today.

In view of the submissions so made the appeal stands disposed of as withdrawn, pending applications, if any, also stands disposed of. No order as to costs.
