% 23.04.2019 Vide the present petition, the petitioner seeks direction thereby directing the respondents to change the cadre of petitioner from stenographer to a cadre of equivalent grade on clerical or ministerial side on medical ground.

For the aforesaid purpose, the petitioner had made a representation dated 22.12.2018, however, the same has not been decided till date. Keeping in view the averments made in the present petition and the submission of the counsel for the petitioner, I hereby dispose of the present petition directing respondent no.2 to decide the representation of the petitioner mentioned above sympathetically within four weeks from the receipt of this order.

The decision taken shall be communicated to the petitioner within one week thereafter.

Needless to state that if the petitioner is still aggrieved by the decision taken by respondent no.2, she may challenge the same before the appropriate forum.
