The Petitioner has filed the present petition seeking anticipatory bail, in apprehension of his arrest in case FIR No.225/2019, wherein he has been accused of committing offences under Sections 308/323/341/506/34 of IPC. Ld. counsel for the Petitioner submits that there are cross FIRs which have been filed between families of two neighbours living in Patel Nagar, Delhi in the P.S. Patel Nagar. The case of the Petitioner is that an altercation took place on 12th July, 2019 between the parties, who are both neighbours. However, the parties are stated to have settled their disputes, with the intervention of family members and respectable neighbours vide Memorandum of Understanding ('MoU') dated 27th February, 2020. The MOU has been placed on record.

On the last date i.e. 9th July, 2020, notice was issued to ld. APP and direction was given not to take any coercive action against the Petitioner. The status report has now been received. As per the said status report, the By:PRATHIBA M SINGH
parties have resolved their disputes by signing an MoU. As per the said MoU, Mr. Amit Saxena, ld. counsel for the Petitioner submits that inter-se FIRs between the parties have now been resolved and they have agreed not to press charges against each other.

Accordingly, anticipatory bail is made absolute. The parties are permitted to approach the appropriate forum for the purpose of quashing of FIRs, if so required.

The present petition, along with all pending applications, is disposed of in the above terms.
