This petition has been filed with the following prayers:- (i) Writ of Mandamus directing the Respondent no. 2 to dispose the statutory I Post Confirmation petitions of the Petitioner dated 10.04.2023 and 20.11.2023 within a fixed time of one month; and/ or (ii) Any other writ, order or direction which your lordship may deem just and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case may also be issued in favour of the Petitioner and against the Respondents.
