Learned APP for the State, under instructions from the Investigating Officer, submits that there were DVRs seized from certain CCTV cameras installed in the neighbourhood and they have been sent to Forensic Science Laboratory for examination. 2.

After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the petition with liberty to apply for bail afresh after the report of the Forensic Science Laboratory is received. 3.

Learned APP for the State, under instructions from the Investigating Officer, submits that a Request Priority Letter has already been sent to Forensic Science Laboratory, Rohini for expeditious examination of the DVRs.

In view of the above, petition is dismissed as withdrawn with BAIL APPLN. 1000/2019

liberty to the petitioner as prayed for.

It is expected that the Director, Forensic Science Laboratory, Rohini will expedite the examination of the exhibits sent for examination.

The Trial Court is also directed to expedite the proceedings. 7.
