% 20.07.2020 Hearing has been conducted through Video Conferencing. Mr. Gulati, learned counsel appearing for the Petitioner submits that no fresh date for the proposed surgery of the wife of the Applicant for removal of Torsiam Ovarian Cyst has been fixed as yet. He seeks to withdraw the present Application with liberty to file afresh as and when date of surgery is fixed.

Application is accordingly disposed of as withdrawn granting liberty, as prayed.
