The present petition has been filed seeking following relief: "a) Direct the respondent No. 4 to 6 not to interfere in the peaceful married life of the petitioners in any manner and not to harass the petitioners in any manner by issuing a Writ of Mandamus;

b) Direct the respondent No. 1 to 3 to extend full protection to the life and liberty of the petitioners and ensure their safety and security by issuing a Writ of Mandamus." The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have married each other against the wishes of the family of the petitioner no.1 and for the said reason the petitioners are apprehending threats to their life from the family members of petitioner no.1, who have been arrayed as respondent nos. 3 to 6.

In view of the above, issue notice. Learned Standing Counsel for the State accepts notice.

Considering the fact that limited relief has been sought, the present petition is taken for disposal with the consent of the parties without calling for the status report.

Having regard to the apprehension expressed by the petitioners, the SHO Police Station Tigri is directed to share his mobile number, as well as, mobile number of the Beat Constables of the area with the petitioners. In the event any distress call is received from the present petitioners, the same shall be attended to on urgent basis in accordance with law. 8.

The petition, as well as, application for interim protection stands disposed of.
