Exemption is allowed, subject to the condition that petitioner will file the certified copy of annexures, duly sworn/attested affidavit as well as requisite court fee within 72 hours from the date of resumption of the regular functioning of this Court.

The present bail application has been filed on behalf of the petitioner seeking extension of interim bail granted vide order dated 11.06.2020 which was further extended vide order dated 26.06.2020 in FIR No. 28/2016 under Sections 18/29 of NDPS Act registered at Police Station Special Cell. BAIL APPLN. 1651/2020

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been admitted in Shri Ganga Charan Aryawardhan Hospital, Bareilly on 07.07.2020 for surgery of renal stone. He submits that the surgery has been performed on 08.07.2020 and the petitioner is still in the Hospital. 3.
Learned APP for the State, on instructions, submits that as per the Doctor's certificate, the petitioner's surgery was performed on 08.07.2020. 4.
In view of the above, the interim bail granted to the petitioner is extended by a period of ten days from today on the same terms and conditions. The petitioner shall surrender at the expiry of the release period. 5.
With the above directions, the bail application is disposed of. 6.
A copy of this order be communicated to the concerned Jail Superintendent electronically.
