During the course of hearing, it transpires that pursuant to directions contained in the order dated 18.04.2022 passed in LPA 175/2022, the respondents were directed to hand over possession of the concerned premises on or before 30.04.2022. The possession came to be ultimately obtained by the petitioner / State Bank of India (SBI) on 04.05.2022. As such, the directions contained in the order dated 18.04.2022 have been complied with, albeit belatedly.

In the circumstances, this Court is not inclined to pass any further orders.

The petition is accordingly, disposed of.

Learned counsel for the respondents submits that it shall not initiate / pursue any pending / future legal proceedings with regard to the property in question.
