Writ Petition under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India read with Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 has been filed on behalf of the Petitioner for directing Respondent Nos.1 to 4 to provide protection to the Petitioner from Respondent Nos.5 to 8 and to ensure that they do not cause any kind of hindrance, obstruction, interference and nuisance in the life of Petitioners.

Learned counsel for Respondent Nos.5 to 8 submits that FIR No.0224/2023 under Sections 376/366/363 IPC and Sections 3/4 POCSO Act was registered against the Petitioner, however, he has already been acquitted by the Court, which Judgment has been accepted by Respondent Nos.5 to 8. They also undertake no to cause any kind of hindrance, obstruction, interference and nuisance in the life of Petitioners.
