The present writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent no.1/MCD to demolish/seal the unauthorised structure by respondents no.3 and 4 at the following properties: i.

Plot no. 598-B/1 old 598-B, Moti Ram Road, Shahdara, Delhi- 32; ii.

114649/22-B, New Modem Shahdara, Delhi- 110032 (Urmil Jeweller); iii.

1/4484, Khasra no. 147 Ramnagar Extension, Mandoli Road, Shahdara, Delhi- 110032.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that in this regard, complaints have been made by the petitioner on 8th September, 2025 (Annexure P/1) and 15th September, 2025 (Annexure P/2).

Counsel for the petitioner submits that he would be satisfied if a direction is passed to the respondent no.1/MCD to decide the said applications in a time-bound manner.

Accordingly, the present writ petition is disposed of while directing respondent no.1/MCD to decide the complaint/representation of the petitioner dated 8th September, 2025 and 15th September, 2025, within four

(4) weeks from today.

In the event the petitioner has any further grievance with regard to unauthorised construction, he is at liberty to take appropriate remedies in accordance with law.

All rights, contentions and legal remedies of the owner/occupier/private respondents no.3 and 4 shall remain protected.
