The petitioner assails an order dated 01.04.2025, by which he has been transferred from the post of Assistant Manager, IT, in the Internet Ticketing Centre, New Delhi, to the South Zone in the same capacity. 2.

Pursuant to the orders dated 08.04.2025 and 09.04.2025, Ms. Manisha Singh, learned counsel for the respondents, submits that the writ petition is premature as the petitioner may avail of the remedy of grievance redressal under the HR policy of the respondent - Indian Railways Catering and Tourism Corporation ["IRCTC"]. General Manager/HRD, which pertains to the launch of an Online Employee Grievance Redressal Mechanism on the IRCTC portal. 3.

Ms. Singh submits that if a grievance is raised by the petitioner, it will be considered in accordance with law and disposed of within the next four weeks.

Subject to the petitioner raising a grievance, in terms of the Circular dated 27.08.2024, within a period of one week from today, the respondent is directed to deal with the same within the aforesaid period of four weeks thereafter.

The respondent will not give effect to the impugned order dated 01.04.2025 for a period of one week after its decision is communicated to the petitioner.

The writ petition, alongwith the pending application, is disposed of.

All rights and contentions of the parties are left open.
