An application under Section 439 read with Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 („Cr.P.C.‟) has been preferred on behalf of the petitioner for grant of regular bail in FIR No. 0149/2023, under Sections 323/381 IPC, registered at PS: Bhajan Pura. Section 308 IPC was subsequently invoked.

At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the application without prejudice to the rights and contentions of the petitioner. 3.
