% 11.09.2024 The present bail application has been filed under Section 439 Cr.P.C. for grant of bail in case FIR No. 151/2017 dated 20.04.2017 registered at PS: Jafrabad under Sections 302/307/34 IPC read with Sections 25/27 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the learned Trial Court vide order dated 06.03.2024 has not considered the bail application on the merits of the case at all and rejected the bail application merely on account of the previous involvements.

The present bail application is disposed of with a direction to the learned Trial Court to re-consider the bail application of the present petitioner on merits taking into account the facts of the present case.
