The present petition seeks following prayers: "I.

Direct to the Respondents to Provide Proper Protection and Safety to Life and Property to the Petitioner at the hands of the Accused Person;

II.

Direct the Respondents to transfer the investigation to any investigating agency under supervision not the below of the rank of ACP from withdrawing the investigation from IO Inspector Jitender Singh/ Respondent no. 3 PS Jagatpuri Delhi arising out the FIR No. 215/2018 under section 420/467/468/471 and 34 of IPC with direction to the Respondents to investigate the matter and file its charge sheet forthwith and proceed the matter in accordance with the law against the Accused Person and their associates accused persons involved in the matter By Allying the Writ Petition of the Petitioner."

to the first relief seeking direction to the State to provide protection and safety to the life and liberty of Petitioner. 3.

If the Petitioner is threatened by any of the accused persons, he shall be free to approach the concerned SHO with their grievance, who shall consider the same and after making an assessment of threat perception, take appropriate action on the said request, in accordance with law. 4.
