The petitioner has filed the present petition seeking furlough. 2.

The petitioner was sentenced to life imprisonment for a period of twenty-five years with the stipulation that the same would be without consideration of remission.

3.

The petitioner has been denied furlough in view of the stipulation that no remission would be granted to him, till he has served for a period of twenty-five years in prison.

4.

The issue whether furlough is required to be denied to those prisoners who have been sentenced with the specific stipulation that they shall not be granted remission, has been heard by the Coordinate Bench of this Court in

Chandra Kant Jha v. State: W.P. (CRL.) 682/2019 and the judgement is reserved.

In view of the above, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file afresh after the said decision is rendered.
