% 04.07.2019 Having heard learned counsel appearing on behalf of the parties, we hereby direct that, the representation for premature release made by the petitioner, be considered afresh, in its next meeting, by the Sentence Reviewing Board, strictly in accordance with law and the decision of this court in case titled "Sushil Kumar Sharma vs. State", WP (Crl.) 3798/2018 decided on 21.12.2018; without being influenced, in any manner, by the decisions taken by the competent authority rejecting the earlier representations made by the petitioner seeking premature release. With the above directions the petition is accordingly allowed and disposed of.
Needless to state that the petitioner is at liberty to assail the decision to be taken by the competent authority in relation to the consideration of his application for premature release, if aggrieved thereby, in accordance with law.
